The hotel exceeded my expectations in everything. Every member of staff I spoke with tried to help and made me feel welcome. I stained a favourite fabric shoe, and the housekeeping cleaned it within an hour free of charge. I mentioned to the manager that I might have preferred a different view, and they moved me to another room. Breakfast is nothing short of spectacular, especially with such views from the terrace. Technology in my room was state-of-the-art. Elegant and functional interiors. This is one of the few places I will try to return to. It felt really good to be staying and receiving visitors there.

There isn’t a single fault with what St.Regis had to offer as a place to stay. Five star to the complete definition. My goodness, the service is beyond impeccable.
