Extremely clean and quiet oasis a little off the beaten path, but worth the few extra steps. I booked the small double and it was still a very good size. Excellent shower. And excellent breakfast with hot and cold food as well as fresh pastries. Only about five or so minute walk to Santo Spirito and 10-15 to train station.

We enjoyed our stay; the apartment is centrally located. Silvia is a great host – very kind and polite, and she always responds promptly. We had a self check-in at midnight without any extra fee – most properties in Florence charge for check-ins after 6pm. Additionally, Silvia allowed us to leave our luggage until 8pm. The terrace is lovely, perfect for enjoying a coffee. There are some sweets and a capsule coffee machine with unlimited coffee, which was a nice touch. We would gladly return.
