Great location and even greater service. We were celebrating my son’s graduation - the Savoy staff went over and beyond in making it special. There were congratulatory balloons & chocolates in the room and judging from the ‘congratulations’ from various staff members (from the front desk to room service), everyone seemed to have ‘gotten the memo’. It made our stay extra special. In particular, I’d like to mention Genci, the loveliest doorman, who always welcomed us so warmly, and Lea of the front desk who never failed to ask about our day.

The room, location, and breakfast were fantastic. This is undoubtedly a must whenever you want to stay in London. Special note to the entire staff, Antonio and Connor, with whom I interacted most of my stay, who made this a fantastic journey! Despite the airline losing my luggage, they were always worried and attentive to help me.
