Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My room wasn’t clean in the kitchen area. Counter, cooktop and floor was sticky. Looked as though something had been spilt and not wiped up.

The only thing was the pool and hot tub was closed but other than that great place to stay will stay there again

The hot tub was broken and that was one of the original reasons I chose this hotel. But I made the most of it anyway.
The staff was always so sweet and helpful. My daughter and I had to stay two weeks there to quarantine while my family went through Covid. Being there was so comforting and felt like coming “home” every day.

No fault of the hotel for not having a hot breakfast due to the pandemic, but it was disappointing. Breakfast was more of a continental fare. There were different cold cereals, bagels and cream cheese, bananas and oranges, etc. We went out for breakfast.
Our hotel was close to numerous restaurants and several within walking distance. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The view of the lake from our room was so pleasant. We used the walking path by the lake. Our room was comfortable and having a kitchenette was great! Very clean and in good shape.

The room door into the hall had "shifted in the door frame" and would not close easily; very hard and noisy to close The heating system was noisy The Wall thermostat was disconnected...required temperature adjustment manually at the window unit. I would replace the shower head with a shower wand with bar/slider mount to allow for shorter people who don't want a waterfall when showering A mirror on the wall across from the "kitchen sink" would be useful vs the picture & Frame
Location was a key factor in our selection. Ample convenient parking Complete kitchen was nice...although our stay was too short to make use of everything.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! We went to enjoy the hot tub and get some rest, could not get any of those, hot tub was closed and there were so much noise coming from other guests upstairs day and night. Even after many complaints from us and other guests they did not do anything about it. Front desk and management could not care less. Never coming back!!!!

The one room we stayed in (212) had a pull-out sofa bed, which had A LOT of dog or cat hair. I asked the receptionist who helped provided me a vacuum. We found a dirty hand towel in our bed sheets for the sofa bed also. The receptionist was kind and apologetic. She was quick and professional with providing what I needed. I'm truly grateful for her service. Please give her my thanks.
The location was perfect to get to places in or around Tulsa. Breakfast was perfect! Service from the evening receptionist was amazing! We had connecting rooms, which was perfect for our family. Cost for length of stay was perfect for two rooms.

Hot Tub wasn’t working and the indoor pool was very cold. was really hoping to use the hot tub after a long day. my son was really wanting to swim but couldn’t stand the cold water for long.

There were stains and paint on the floor. The AC did not work well enough and it was very warm. They charged me an extra $100 for our small dog without informing us of any extra fee.

The pictures of the room wasn't anywhere near what we got, sofa bed was super hard. There was no room between the sofa and the main bed,pool was freezing and the Hot Tub was out of order
The main bed was comfortable and you could access the closet from the bathroom and the room,the kitchenette was neat and would be helpful for anyone staying long then a night, breakfast was tasty
