The truth is I didn't find something that I didn't like, everything complied with what one occupies in a hotel.

The view that the hotel has is impressive, very modern the excellent service, I exceeded my expectations, I would rent it again and recommend it without problems

No wheel chair access from the front side of the pier after the pier closes!

My reservation was not correct even after contacting the hotel before arrival day. The fact that no continental breakfast was offered with the prices we payed. As well as you had to put additional $100 down for each night that you was there. No microwave in your room. No way to get you back and forth from the hotel to or other places around the area outside the Navy Pier No Shuttle. Had to a uber,cab or lyft.

The older African American gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel at the pier is unmatched. The view of the lake and the fireworks display were great.

Was promised a connecting room, that turned out to be a lie. Older man working front desk at night, seemed to be bothered by our questions and made us feel uncomfortable. But the room and the view is what will always have us coming back! The front desk choice use some coaching.

Had bo hot water while we were there. Not that is wasn't facility fault, but person at front desk kept saying it would be fixed in the next hour or so. Was over 24 hours later. Honestly, I believe customers should have had some compensation. Only good customer service. Family has buisness and should always compensate in some way. Discount or complimentary something. Christopher Romeres was great at everything we needed when asked. He even went back to valay to retrieve husband's phone. He was absolutely wo derful.

This could have been an isolated experience but very tolerable - the A/C unit in our room clanked and made some degree of noise while its was on. Might have been an issue for light sleepers. Otherwise, it operated normally and we were able to have steady, cool air while we were in the hotel room. We stayed here for 6 nights and were impressed by the quality of stay we experienced and had very few, if any, complaints.

This property sits on historic Navy Pier, and is ideally situated to be fairly centrally located to other points of interest. We enjoyed the 1/2 mile stroll down the pier each morning as we made our way into the city. The staff was extremely customer-oriented and the rooms tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. This was an incredible find for the time of year and the price. Would absolutely recommend this property to others, and to stay again.
