Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was in a room located on the 2nd floor just outside of the elevator and everyone out of the elevator congregrated outside my door to have their conversations and communicate on their phones in very loud tones of voices. Paid in advance for a snack box and booking.com had too get involved, because they were not honouring it., but the front desk clerk was very understanding when they contacted her
Besides just the packets of butter and jam for your sandwiches or syrup for your waffles they can include more choices for your sandwiches. Sausages, eggs etc. Other than that the breakfast was okay.

Poor breakfast, no fruit at all, just few sweet cakes. We have been waiting for the shuttle at the airport, for almost 2 hours, because nobody informed us the pick up point have been changed.

Confusion regarding the shuttle transfer from the airport as the red vehicle we had been advised to watch for never turned up. Having spoken to a driver of a shuttle to a different hotel he was able to tell us there was a problem with the normal vehicle and we should watch for a white vehicle with a red roof sign. We were then able to waive down the correct shuttle and get the transfer.
Our room was spacious with a view towards the airport, the en-suite fine and the bed comfortable. The breakfast provided all we needed. It was great that the hotel offered a shuttle transfer to Miami port.

There was no facility to leave baggage when you arrive early. All messages beforehand said that there was. Instead, you were offered to wait; or pay $20 to check in early.

The room service was not good, room service came on our last day to clean our room that too after repeated calls. The breakfast window was very small and they take everything off as the reaches 8:50am plus they serve same food everyday
The best thing about it was that it was near to the airport and commute was easy to downtown and Miami Beach

Had to wait for more than an hour at the airport for the pick up van. one elevator of the two was out of order. Hotel corridors looked dirty.
Room was confortable, looked very clean. Sheets, towels nice and clean. Breakfast included ok. missed the eggs.

Only 1 elevator was working. Breakfast was very simple and everyday the same. They do not have a Ref Roof airportshuttle. You have to use the Orange, Hampton Inn shuttle. That is never been told, i had to call to find out. I mean they could have mentioned it it the reservation mail. Very outdated rooms and ameneties. Not worth the money i paid.
