One of the 2 elevators they have broke one day but they got it fixed by the time we got back at night. Even with both elevators, sometimes it might take a bit to go up or down during peak times. We requested housekeeping one morning and they said we were scheduled that day but never came. Had to reach out again the next day to finally get them to come. They did a great job cleaning though.

Great staff and location! Loved being able to easily message the front desk instead of having to call or go directly to the front desk. Only utilized the free breakfast for one morning but it was a decent breakfast. Not too much variety unless they changed it up on the other days we didn’t get breakfast. Location was great as it was close to Grand station and within walking distance to notable attractions in downtown. The cafe right next door is amazing!! We went there almost everyday (the reason why we didn’t utilize the free breakfast as much). The room and hotel seemed very clean. I didn’t get to check out the pool or gym but glad they had them available. Other than the usual city noises, we didn’t have issues with noises from other rooms

The view on the parking lot, efficient but charmless, long queue for breakfast ( sometimes no place to seat) and elevator during rush hour.

Sleep sofa short and uncomfortable for sleeping. Could be more coffee pods for coffeemaker.

Room was not very comfortable with aspect of wear out that needs some renovation, bed had some deep spots, elevator in rush time is a problem.

Location is excellent, and breakfast was ok with good service, nice staff and hot breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was well stocked and fresh. Our room was very clean and perfect for the weekend. There was a water leak that came from an adjacent room and the staff fixed it and cleaned the room right away. They offered us a different room at no charge but we were leaving the next day so we just stayed in our original room. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay there again.

Breakfast was poor.

The apartment was excellent, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very central location and we were able to leave our bags after check out and collect them later in the day which was very helpful.

The manger the way she spoke to me the couch bed was hard and very uncomfortable and the breakfast was not good

The staff was rude the manger told me this must be your fist time staying at a hotel I just smile at her because this would be the last time I stay at this hotel

The room service was always late (3pm) in the day so that we where back with your 10 month baby and she was sleeping.

elevators a little slow and sometimes you have to wait for them

the corner suite we had was big and very comftorble. breakfast was good, the wednesday social was very nice too. the stuff makes you feel at home.

If there was dinner dining available, also inside the hotel. its not real convenient trying to order out when delivery is not available and you have no transportation for everything you wanna do. The choices suck!

The sofa bed’s mattress was somewhat uncomfortable, needs updating.

Location was great! Parking is $67 (for downtown Chicago that’s expected), but they offer in/out privileges and you can leave your car there up to 6pm after check out (we left our bags, enjoyed the area and picked up the car in the afternoon).

I didn't like the wait for the elevator.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Chicago. The room was very nice, and they have a very good hot breakfast. The hotel was just two blocks from Trump Tower, and my room had an excellent view!

sofa very uncomfortable, would like to see more choices on TV. elevators stretched only 2 its a big job to put in more so i get it not that I needed it but overnight parking $67 seems steep

The elevator wasn't working because they were being worked on. So it took some time just to get to the lobby and the breakfast area.
