Location was great! We could walk to the sites and there was plenty of restaurants around. We loved having the 5 Below around the corner to grab snacks and drinks.

The elevator was a little slow, but they can’t help it. It’s a historic property.

The hotel breakfast area was compact and the offerings were just ok

The location was excellent for our travel plans. We were there to hear music at Buddy Guy's Legends and do some sight seeing during the day. The stadium tour of Wriggley Field was a high light. The Italian Village was a nice surprise with fantastic food. My partner is gluten free and the options they had were outstanding. The restaurant is a bit pricey.

Breakfast was basic hot breakfast. It was good, but nothing fabulous. Admon was so friendly anytime we saw him or interacted with him. He is a great asset to the hotel.

Check-in & out: The lady at reception was at first glance a little bit annoying, other than that smooth and quick 7/10. Breakfast: We liked it, a little bit better than American standards, however there is a room for certain improvement 7/10.

Location: Perfect 10/10 easy to access from Airport blue line train. Easy to reach city attractions by means of buses, metro, or plain walk. Check-in & out: For Hilton honors guest there is a complimentary water bottle etc. Personnel: Overall kind and helpful 8/10 Room: Large enough and comfortable. A/C works well. Cleaning was ok 9/10. Security: 10/10 Overall: our experience was 8,5/10 and we may consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips to Chicago.

Everything was great in this accommodation. The room was big and confortable, all the staff members with who we interact were very friendly, and the location is perfect, specially if you want to move from Chicago using public transportation. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, the cleanliness of the facility is impressive, the breakfast is pretty good, and the customer service is exceptional! Robyn from the registration desk is particularly welcoming and helpful.

No microwaves in room. Breakfast area not conducive to a lot of people. Seems like there could be a better lay out for ease of flow.

Parking was expensive (more than New York a few months ago) and lots of added fees/taxes. I do understand the taxes are not the hotels fault. We booked our own parking for about $20 cheaper a night right near by.

Location was very good. We could walk to lots of stuff or jump on transportation to get to other places. Staff was very nice & professional.

The reception had a difficult time finding our reservations. I had to assist. Also our two rooms were on different floors. Elevators were difficult to catch a ride on.

Only what we did not like it was breakfast, small space and very limited options. We end up eating at other place.

We loved the location, very central located. All touristy sites are in a walking distance. Room was very functional, clean and well equipped.
