To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was excellent for our travel plans. We were there to hear music at Buddy Guy's Legends and do some sight seeing during the day. The stadium tour of Wriggley Field was a high light. The Italian Village was a nice surprise with fantastic food. My partner is gluten free and the options they had were outstanding. The restaurant is a bit pricey.

TurkeyCheck-in & out: The lady at reception was at first glance a little bit annoying, other than that smooth and quick 7/10. Breakfast: We liked it, a little bit better than American standards, however there is a room for certain improvement 7/10.
Location: Perfect 10/10 easy to access from Airport blue line train. Easy to reach city attractions by means of buses, metro, or plain walk. Check-in & out: For Hilton honors guest there is a complimentary water bottle etc. Personnel: Overall kind and helpful 8/10 Room: Large enough and comfortable. A/C works well. Cleaning was ok 9/10. Security: 10/10 Overall: our experience was 8,5/10 and we may consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips to Chicago.
