The girl working the front desk on Monday morning around 7am on March 11'th was not kind, friendly or helpful at all. She seemed mad at the world. There was no water in lobby so I asked about it and she wouldn't even look up at me. She was very disrespectful. I also mentioned to her the coffee (which we were told would be in lobby and it was the best so to depend on it) was ice cold. She was very disrespectful in her response about it, didn't care, said the plug/outlet needed to be handled. She said she had to finish sending out this email and it would take a while. Never made eye contact....then said she would be gone soon. It was very odd. The front desk staff when we arrived were wonderful and everyone after this girl was wonderful, so kind etc.

Great location, ski in / out. No lines, Charter Sports Ski rental right on location. So easy! Nice workout facilities, pool with 3 large hot tubs. Nice decor, underground parking with easy elevator access.

The ONLY inconvenience is that there are no carts to wheel in groceries from the front door of your take the shuttle to the grocery store. The one dolly is in the parking garage.

Convenient location with easy access to grocery store on the BlueSky shuttle. Charter Sports for ski rental is in the building. The ski lift is right outside the door. The hot tubs are large and convenient right down the hall from our room. The parking garage is heated and easy to navigate. I have stayed here 4 times already. Hardest part is making sure I can get a condo by booking early enough!

Bedding needs upgrade. Mattresses, sheets, duvets and pillows need upgrades

Location, shuttle bus, hot tubs. Unit’s kitchen was clean and well equipped. Cable tv is great.

Loved the location, on a bus route, close to town. The condo was a great size with plenty of room for relaxing and visiting. The amenities were also great, such as the hot tub.

Fabulous stay in summer at base of mountain. Clever use of space. Comfortable beds. Heated in ground pool and 3 hot tubs…great for all of our guests (3 adults, 5 kids). Bonus arcade next to outdoor pool deck. Quiet, secure. Very clean all around. Would stay here again!

Clean roomy enough to easily accommodate 4 adults. Proximity to Breckenridge village and other amenities. Balcony overlooking still snow covered peaks.

As well kept as the unit we rented was, it was dark and the view from the window and the deck was a stone wall. It was not the unit that we rented from Booking.com, which still portrays our unit with a lovely open view from the deck and windows. Apparently, they can show pictures from any comparable unit, in our case a 2 bedroom. I highly recommend booking directly from Vacasa rather than Booking.com.

Blue Sky is a wonderful facility, with good amenities. The shuttle to town is a great service, free, although tips are the norm. The staff, particularly Theresa, are helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated that paper products, laundry and dish soap, coffee filters, etc. were plentiful. We’ve experienced in other rentals, that there is 1 roll of towels, TP, dishwasher pod supplied, and having to buy more. Vacasa was a good rental company, and I wish we had rented through them instead of Booking.com

The rooms were warm at night, but fans were installed. It really helped during the night. Also family members were disappointed that their view was a brick wall, instead of mountain views that were posted by Booking.com on their reservation confirmation. Theresa at reception tried to find a solution, but the mistake was made by Booking.com

The staff was wonderful and helpful, especially Theresa at the front desk. I liked it was quiet even though there was a lot of families staying at the same time. Loved the shuttle service. Family from Midwest, had a hard time walking uphill from Main St. due to the altitude change.

Nothing not to like. If you are hoping to be in comfortable walking distance of downtown Breck, you’ll be a bit far for your liking. However, the shuttle service drops you anywhere you’d want to go and is extremely prompt.

The property has a free shuttle service that transports you anywhere you need to go around town (shout out to Nate!) This was amazing for our family, as we were traveling with two young children. Additionally, the property included a ski rental shop, as well as a spa, on site. The lift was directly outside the property, which made for an awesome way to get onto the mountain in the morning.

The rental company needed a lot of extra information. (Credit card number, address etc.) I wasn't sure if this was legit because booking.com had that information. It took me extra phone calls because I was sure questioning what they were doing. It did work out. They sent me lots of emails which was quite annoying since I was traveling by car and didn't have a study way of communication back with them. Other than the booking company, this place was absolutely the best place to stay. I recommend it if you like 5 stars. What a treat.

Beautiful place. Full apartment living 2 bed, 2 bath, full kitchen and living. Balcony, swim pool, hot tub and work out room and underground parking. Really clean with lots of little soft touches everywhere. We really felt pampered.

On the day of our departure, even though we had take more than a little trouble to arrange a late checkout, we got a call from reception that we must vacate our room early. This call was much less friendly and more more insistent than it needed to be, and the staff member wasn't aware we had made arrangements. Her call bordered on rude. There is no food on the property, and accessing stores can take some time/effort, certainly without a car. The morning coffee/tea in the lobby is good, unless you like to have it with milk.

Quinn's service at check-in was just absolutely amazing. We arrived late after 11pm, and she met us at two different locations to help with keys and parking, and explained every aspect of the property most professionally. So efficient and helpful. Quinn deserves a raise and a promotion! The property itself is also wonderful in every way. Renovated and spacious, clean and well supplied. The building is historical, and I really like how they did the renovation while preserving what was adding ambiance.

We did not like that a male walked into our room at 8:30am on check out day. As my daughter was near the door and a male that worked there just unlocked and walked into our room. We had 1.5 hours until check out time. It scared my daughter to see a random man walk in as she was in the kitchen.
