To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The young and delightful staff were eager to please. The manager, João, went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. A lovely small hotel experience.

What a lovely hotel with great service and wonderful breakfast. We liked the location very much and were able to catch a taxi easily to Lisbon sights. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite large and comfortable.

Have to park at nearby Mundial Hotel which was OK but wish I would have been told this ahead of time by the Hotel since figuring out how to part at the Mundial (which owns the Boutique Hotel) is no easy task. Breakfast is crowded! be sure to put your name on the time sheet and get there early otherwise no place to sit down.
Wonderful Hidden Gem in Lisbon. Clean upscale room in beautiful facilities with attentive staff and attention to detail. Excellent location, close to attractions and shopping.

We stayed here for 3 nights, travelling by coach from Faro. Our room was ready within 10 minutes of our arrival. Well appointed room on the second floor. The location was perfect for restaurants, coffee shops and for using the tour buses etc. The hotel provided a good continental breakfast each morning so you were able to pick and mix whatever you fancied😋

BrazilIt is hard to find faults when we had such good treatment. One comment I can make is the observation that the breakfast area is very small (some people had to wait to be seated), and is not a buffet style, one had to order items separately, and the options were basic, not much variety when compared to other hotels in a similar category. This is not something the actually detracted from our experience.
This is a centrally located hotel, either walking distance or tram/bus to all major attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had the fortune to be upgraded to a suite on the top floor, which was huge - a big room and a separate living area. The room was clean and well furnished.
