This B&B was Wonderful. Our room was very large with a wonderful large bathroom, nice shower with great water pressure, a balcony with chairs, a very comfortable bed. The shared area was a full kitchen and huge living area. The kitchen was at our disposal to cook and/or keep things in the fridge. There was a very nice patio area where we could eat as well with a grill area, a swing and a pool! Our host was great. He didn't speak English, but his son translated for us and gave us the tour of the place. He was a very nice young man. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices of deli meats, breads, pastries, etc. and the best fresh squeezed orange juice! Parking was free on the street in front of the house. It was a bit of a walk to restaurants on the coast and a grocery store, but doable. Easy if you have a rental car. This was a marvelous place to stay and we highly recommend it!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and so are the beds. Spacious bathroom with blower, and security emergency call if needed. Very elegant and clean!! To our surprise background music is available to created a relaxing mode. Small bar in room with refrigerator, wine glass, coffee machine with variety of flavors decaf included and security box. Water bottle in elegant glass containers to my surprise. Security elevator with key card. An excelent restaurant in the premises. Walking distance to center of town. Many shops, bakerys and restaurants to choose. Be aware that ALL the streets are cobblestone and apropiate shoes are a must. Close to all city center atracttions. Well price for 5 star. Super elegant bellboy like in the old days! Near high end stores. Highly recommend!

The hotel location on one of the main canals really put you into he mood & history of Aveiro. Our room was comfortable with a view of the middle of town yet surprisingly quiet. The desk manager (I think his name was Jaime) helped with all the hotel details: parking, discount boat tour tickets; maps & meal suggestions. He really gave us the layout of the town. The tiled hotel breakfast room was magnificent and the breakfast matched. Serving staff was great. The abundant common office space was amazing in size and comfort. We parked the car and walked to everything. Great meals nearby. One of our favorite stops on the tour.

The breakfast selections were wonderful and the breakfast room was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the showers were wonderful . The reception provided wine glasses and a corkscrew when requested the reception we received was very friendly. Location was perfect to be able to walk to shops and stores and cafés The cute patio off our bedroom was a perfect place for a wine and cheese with my husband.

Online correspondence was not very clear at times. The heater and the hair dryer did not work. We could hear people’s conversations even when they were whispering. When I booked a room that was called “a suite” in the past, that normally meant that there was a kitchenette.

Location, location, location & much much more. One of the nicest most comfortable travel homes we've ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable and well supplied. The outdoor, comfortable rain proof back patio saved a rainy afternoon. We parked the car in the space provided & walked everywhere: shops; beach; bars; restaurants and even to the tram up the mountain. Really a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was beautiful and even though located in a very tourist heavy area, it was tucked away and felt off the beaten track. The restaurant had a lovely outdoor seating area, and the food and service were excellent. The staff were very warm and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We were even given a free upgrade! I would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Was supposed to be two separate twin beds. They were not able to separate. Shower facilities with mushrooms growing in the corner.
