They make you pay in cash, taxes included, then cancel your reservation as if you never came..! An incredible way of doing things

The place is pleasant, clean overall. But... These people took the liberty of canceling my reservation on the platform, even though we spent the night there... and paid in cash in US$, because their credit card system was not available and no change also... ;) Sure..!!! But we was tired, so... Need to accept

Would like access to a kettle/coffee machine to make a cup of tea. I missed having a hot cup of tea in the morning

Location is great, short walk to bus station. Lots places to eat, and other shopping. Beds comfy, but found getting down the ladder awkward. Staff fabulous, very friendly and helpful. Pool area lovely and peaceful. Showers good.

It wasn't as clean as we expected. The airconditioning was broken and it was around 30 degrees at night and we slept under the roof so it was too hot.

The lady at the reception was super friendly. Unfortunately the airconditioning was broken in our room but she gave us 4 soda's instead. We could have chosen for tequilla or beers if we wanted. We were happy with the compensation.

* The airconditioner wasn't working it was quite claustrophobic with extreme humidity. The staff helped to somehow turn on the AC. * The hostel is a bit pricy for the facilities provided. * No warm water for shower :(

The hostel building is good looking and it has a nice chill out area with comfortable chairs near a swimming pool. One can relax in the sun. The staff is friendly and the bar is relaxing with sofa and a television.

There wasn't much of a vibe. It's okay for meeting other travelers but definitely not the most social place I've been to.

Good location in Cancún and nice interior. It's pretty quiet there. The wifi was good, too.

The room felt a little cramped but not too bad. The bathrooms could be cleaned a little better, especially the showers. I’ve seen it after it’s been cleaned, but the showers floor were still dirty.

Location was great, very near the ado bus terminal and close to many shops and restaurants. Value got the price was great. Staff were all very lovely.

The dormitory room is small, and there is no space to relax. It is also uncomfortable when guests talk outside, particularly after midnight.

We slept in the hotel after arriving at Cancun from a long flight. The hotel is close to the ADO station which is convenient! Communal areas are peaceful and nice :)

a little cramp. i was at the bed furthest from the Router, so the weak wifi is irritating for me. others: Only 1 toilet per room of 8-12 beds i think so if its peak season it might be a problem. (not a con for me since it was half full and didnt affect me)

nice clean room/toilets with big lockers. Hot showers available! pool and chill area available, as well as the bar downstairs, which cant really be heard from the dorms. balcony in the room, able to get some fresh air from the room when needed. powerful aircons. nice staffs. close to the best tacos ive ever had in my life. great recommendation. a big supermarket is around the corner as well.
