Beautiful, clean and not too busy. With only a small number of rooms we were often able to have the pool to ourselves. The cocktail ands and breakfast were fab and the staff incredibly helpful. We also made use of the free bicycles available, which was a lovely way to get from A to B. Would highly recommend this to friends visiting Bacalar.

Only minor thing was that the bar was not opened until 2pm. Would have been handy from slightly earlier.

Lovely and clean, well designed apartment. Plenty of cooking facilities. The property is a little bit further from town than some properties, however you are able to use the two push bikes for free and to cycle downtown takes no more than 10 minutes. Ideal if you want somewhere slightly quieter. We both had a fab time and would stay again.

The experience was amazing! Jorge made sure we knew what to visit and also gave some advise on nice restaurants and art galleries. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool was a nice plus after a warm long day walking.

The apartment was spacious with huge beds and a big comfortable sofa bed. Tastefully furnished. Easy to get to from the airport for an overnight stay.

Food options poor, and not amazing. Trying to find a sunbed is difficult as people leave their towels out even when they’ve left for the day. Not worth the money we paid.

The only way to reach the room was with stairs, which was a bit hard with big luggage. The gym did not have much. The room was small and the bed not so comfortable.

Check-in process is extreamly slow, receptionist was checking whatsapp instead of processing my check in, took ca. 30 mins to check-in. Rooms looked not mantained. Too expensive for the value and service provided.
