The apartments need renovation. I was in the standard apartment 2 years ago and it looked used back then, now its even worse. The apartment we checked in had a broken door to the terrace, they sent us someone to fix it but it couldnt be repaired that quick so we got another room. It was annoying since we had to go to the reception 3 times till we could finally check in. They should have given us immediately another room. The new room didint had enough towels, no soap, light in the fridge wasnt working so we didnt now at first if its working or not. There were not enough kitchen utensils like cutting board and so on. Everything is very used. I was disappointed with the apartment. Last year we booked the standard apartment and were upgraded to the premium apartment. It is very beautiful and renovated. My recommendation is to get the premium since the standar is very worn down by now.

The room had some hints of smoking smell present from the previous people that were in the apartment. We got rid of the smell with a bit of ventilation. If you stay at the aparments you should bring your own robes as they are not included in the price. Some shower towels are provided but we still recommend you bring your own.

We were absolutely stunned by the bio food and drinks they offered at breakfast and dinner. They have a lot of local products and ingredients. You also don't need to pick the half board option with dinner as you can still cook at the small kitchenett in the apartament. It's very convenient that you can swim at the pool before check in and also after check out. Swimming and parking at the hotel/apartments/pool is included in price.

Accommodation facility could be renewed. At the Gym there was no security personnel for kids to be left alone. Pool capacity is at the limit when hotel is busy.

I think the area by the pool was a bit chilly. I was cold most of the time and the water was also pretty cool in the big pool. The other pool was very hot and therefore crowded. The water could have been a little warmer. Also the thing I really didn't like is that you can't use the hotel's playroom for the kids - it is only for the hotel guests. This should have been for the kids that are staying in the Standard apartments also. The waiters that were cleaning the tables at breakfast and dinner should have been a little faster and maybe offer a smile or two. They never cleaned the baby's seat. I always had to do it myself.

I really liked that the accomodation serves very healthy food and that food isn't all grease and sugar. There is always enough food choices. The apartments are also ok for the price you pay. I also liked the fact that they were rearranging the dinning room where we should have been eating as Standard Apartment's guests so we were able to eat in the hotel itself. We will be returning in the summer :)

There was just one life guard and I doubt he could offer enough safety.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing, there was so much choice of various food like all types of eggs, ham, bread, meat, even fish, and also some food very benefitial for health like oatmeal, fruit and vegetables or chia pudding. Furthermore, we liked our apartment: we enjoyed sweet kitchen and bathroom, cosy bed and great balcony with a very good view. Everything was great and we hardly wait to visit Terme sveti Martin again 😊

Amaizing amount of mosquitos Could not stay outside after 8 a clock. Also there were too many people at breakfast due to some sports team (40-50 people) arrived at the same time. They unfortunately cleaned the buffet and it took some time to the kitchen staff to refill.

The pools are outdated and need renovations specially the floors of the pool cuts unavoidable,lounge chairs outside off pools dirty in desperate need of deep cleaning... The outside waste canals the smell is disgusting...

The staff went extra and beyond to make our stay nice and pleasant,everybody from the reception to the dining staff super nice and friendly.
