Perfect property. The hosts are kind and helpful, they reply to messages quickly. The apartment was spacious with a comfy bed. The pool area was great for our chilled days. It is close to some nice restaurants, a shop and a cake shop. It is in a nice quiet area where locals live and a taxi to the old town will only cost you about 8 euros and they always come very quickly. PERFECT location if you want a nice relaxing holiday whilst also exploring the city. They have a very cute dog too who you might see when the husband takes her for a walk!

+ I was suprised by all amenities in the apartment: coffee machine, dishwasher, books, board games, you name it! + freshly renovated apartments + welcome drink, juice and milk in the fridge + nice hostess who make sure we enjoy our stay + little balcony + quiet neighbourhood + it was close to the nice little hiden beach (Obod)

There is no AC in the second bedroom (only one in the main room and large bedroom); we had trouble sleeping at night because it was too hot there. That's the only thing which wasn't great, the rest was perfect. Note it's quite far from the main attractions of Cavtat.

Best house i have ever been ! These is new two bedroomed house and it’s located just on main promenade , but in quiet part . Few steps from beach and restaurants. Stunning view from whole apartment. Kitchen is fully equipeded . Perfectly clean and have all what we need ! After staying here i wish to live in Cavtat ❤️

The location is not easy to find. The sea view is very beautiful. The private swimming pool is clean and good for family. The air conditioning works perfect, very cool. The bathroom is nearly brand new with famous brand bathroom appliances

The payment method can be improved. I already bank in the fee to the owner's account before the trip while the representative still ask me to pay by cash. Fortunately I could show my bank in record from bank to prove the completion of payment. This miscommunication can be improved if the owner told me whether paid by cash or bank in in advance. Other then it, this apartment is the best in the trip.

- bathroom doors and doors to one of the bedrooms need fixing, as sometimes the lock was not working properly; it made us a little uncomfortable - problem with ants in the kitchen - kitchen could be better equipped, in general it was okay, but it was lacking some utensils - bedrooms windows are at the pavement level; in the morning we were waking up because of noise made by people steps and chatter

Comfortable beds, great shower with plentiful hot water, brilliant air con and a very helpful and attentive Denis on hand when we arrived, even at 10pm!

Despite the area not being the best and the rooms being quite a long way out from the old city, the no 9 bus took us there within 20 mins (although a bit hit and miss as to when it arrived). You can get tickets for 1 euro at the stop near the market in town. If you pay the driver, it'll be three times the price as they are trying to get people to pay before boarding.

It is close to Zadar center and the price is relatively cheap.

Off road around the apartment. The kitchen didn't include frying pan and bowls. The rubbish bin is very small without plastic bag inside. The actual size is smaller than the photo showed.
