The hotel rooms are very dated & the furniture too.A hotel room used to be somewhere special,but home is a much more luxurious stay.

Loved the hotel,location & staff.The staff couldn't have worked harder or been more attentive.The entertainment on Sunday night was a wonderful surprise.A great singer & we had the best cooked fish & chips than we had had in a long time.Just perfect 👌

Initially the windows couldn't close and the door wouldn't lock. This was fixed very quickly.

It was a little awkward to find enough space to move the chair in front of the dressing table due to the location of another surface/the TV. However, this was a minor issue.

Very friendly staff with clean rooms and comfortable beds. There was good availability of parking outside. It was lovely to eat breakfast and supper and see the sea at the same time. Great walk to town through the ‘park’, wooded area and along the coastal path providing you like walking and some uphill/downhill! I found that I slept well.

The hotel is a bit run down in places but this is reflected in the price Parts of the spa are not working and there is a bit of mould in the changing rooms The room was small

Location is great, on top of a cliff overseeing the bay The hotel has different lounges so it feels very relaxing in the evenings as it's not crowded anywhere Good breakfast Staff very polite and helpful

We had 2 single beds pushed together. The mattress I was on was uncomfortable and needed replacing. After one night I spoke to Reception and they sent someone to turn the mattress. This was better although it still needed changing!

We loved the location. Staff were very friendly. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was lovely and evening meal. Food was lovely!

Ground floor corridor has very unpleasant smell. Unfortunately Restaurant was very disappointing, below average.

As we traveled with a pet we were happy to find place its pet friendly. Very good location in not too bussy. Room we got was in the ground floor so dog could go outside, however I highly recoment to rip off the carpets and replace to vinyl or hard floor, as carpets were dirty, covered in dogs hair and had lods of marks from other dog accidends. Beding & towels were very clean.

The bed was not comfortable. We in double executive room. There were no toiletries. The shower gel and the soap gel provided was of poor quality and no fragrance as well.

The only thing that might be a negative would be lack of privacy as the noise from the hallway travelled into your room. People’s voices felt like they talking right next to you.

The location was excellent, away from the main streets and very quiet. Loads of places to walk and sight see. Pub staff and front desk staff were exceptional.

Nothing really, there was coach booking which was nice but made breakfast time very busy but that’s to be expected

Our standard double room was on -2 floor, wifi was poor. Tv was part of the room, but it was placed on the table next to the bed, instead of opposite to the bed. Therefore if you want to watch it, need to turn your head cross the room. Could have been on the opposite wall, or so. Cleaniness can get better in corners and behind the furnitures. (Fallen Nescaffee sache with spiderweb under the table.) Ome side of the double bed had no bedside table, or any type of furniture to leave your personal belongings for the night. I really missed it Over all the room, bathroom and bed was clean. We would likely visit again, would choose a different room, if we can.

I originally booked a dog friendly room but decided to leave my dog at home with my daughter and contacted the hotel in advance to let them know I no longer needed a dog friendly room however this was not changed and I would have preferred a different room but all in all a good stay
