Very friendly and professional service. Warm welcome. Room excellent size clean and tidy. Comfortable bed .clean sheets nice pillows. Tea and coffee etc. Plenty of hot water from efficient shower. Very nice soaps etc. Nice towels. Requested early breakfast which was continental and bought to room. Very much appreciated. Thank you. Would definitely recommend and will stay again

Tv too small. Not tuned in to channel constant buffering. All instructions in Polish although English channels very strange. Needs Internet access upgrading. Biscuits would be nice touch.

Cozy and welcoming b&b, in a very good position super close to the station and to Dunkeld's shops and restaurants. Trevor (the owner) was very warm, kind and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and homey, breakfast was varied and very tasty. Lovely choice if you want to explore the river side paths. Hopefully we will go back again!

We were very happy with the room and hosts Steve & Jo couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was amazing as were all the little treats in the room. Top marks guys and a sincere thankyou from us for a wonderful stay. We thoroughly recommend this B&B as outstanding.

The room was pleasant and clean. The lift was down when we arrived, but the staff were so kind to climb the 5 flights with our luggage. By the next day, the lift was fixed.

The room would get hot in the middle of the night because the air conditioning shuts off after a few hours.

Parking was a bit tricky , with public parking needed during the day and a bit difficult to source It was on fourth level which might make it tricky for elder people with bags

Exit door same colour as bedroom doors, slightly confusing where/ which door was the exit. Adults can figure it out but feel children may not.
