Apartment was well equipped, very comfortable loved it. Had 5 very enjoyable nights there., serviced well. Everything was considered and well appointed and functional with the limited floor plan.

Be sure you don't want in until the 3:00 p.m. check in time, because they are hard and fast on the time, to the minute.

Location is GREAT! Easy walking distance to everything. Discount for parking which was a garage across the street where the buses and local trains were. Apt. was well laid out and equipped with everything you would need, including fresh milk for morning coffee. We were in a "limited view" space, which only meant we looked onto a courtyard rather than the street--no big deal. Comfy bed. Good towels. I would definitely stay here again,

Building work going on and no prior notice or sign to say still open. Noise from building work. Noisy pipes. Not a great view, which we were aware of, hence the great price.

Modern and nice flat in the Main Street of the city center just 2 min walking far from the city hall. Nice location: close to the center, 15/20 min from Titanic Experience walking, hop-on hop-off office just behind the corner for touristic bus tickets and tours, Glengall street (where buses from Dublin arrive and depart) 2 min walk.

We did not expect to have a fully stocked kitchen. My husband was ill part of the time we were in Belfast. Having a kitchen helped because he couldn't go out.

Very accomodating and kind staff. Location was great near belfast city hall. They also cleaned our room everyday and they offer free laundry as well. Everything is perfect! Satisfied customer will be back again for sure.

Some work going on to the front so when we arrived we weren't sure where the hotel entrance was. But it wasn't a bad thing. It didn't affect our stay.

The staff were so lovely and pleasant. The room with the well equipped kitchenette was excellent . The bed was comfy . The hotel is very central .

I was very impressed with the flint, the room was very clean and the location was perfect. We also received a warm welcome from Ciara at reception who was very helpful. I look forward to staying here again.

The lighting in the room could have Been a lot better. The mirror for ladies doing make up should always be in a bright spot.

Proximity to eateries and City Centre. Outstanding reception staffs. A special acknowledgement to Ciara at the reception.For his prompt response to our complaint on the mal-function of heater in our bathroom..Greatly appreciate her immediate placement of a portable heater and alerted maintenance the following day. Louisa's patience and great assistance in helping to arrange a time tour of the day that tailors to our need. Alex's graciously tagged and allows our luggage to be stored until when we are ready to collect on the later part of the day.

Amazing little apartment, our room looked very new! It was very clean with everything you need. The location was fantastic, minutes from bus station, right near coffee, food and great bars. Staff were super nice and helpful! We would definitely recommend and return!

The carpet did not feel clean. There is moisture smell after cleaning.

Some building noise due to restaurant refurbishment taking place downstairs (due to finish July). Much improved after raising with staff.

Location excellent, near City Hall, plenty of shops, pubs close by. Very useful kitchenette in room, free WiFi, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, bag storage.
