I would like a fridge in the bedroom and maybe a bench in the bathroom because it was big and it feel a little empty

Thursday time we’re stayed here in a Club room in the house next door. Great size rooms, staff are so welcoming and helpful. Good quality breakfast buffet.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was two single beds zipped together which made it a very large bed, but the mattress sagged in the middle with no give making it very uncomfortable.

The property was clean and tidy and in a good location. No parking but plenty of road parking available.

The room was cold and no extra bed covers were available in the room. I was a late arrival, after 10pm so the heating had been switched off. However the huge windows had been left open, presumably all day. Unable to sleep because I was so cold I’d to put on a jumper and jacket! I didn’t contact reception because by this time it was midnight and felt too tired to bother staff .. just hoped my extra clothes would warm me up.

Loved the refurbished annexe .. quiet, very spacious and comfortable with tv and tea/coffee. Friendly staff. Good on street parking. Location brilliant, Literally across the road from lovely Queens Park. Good access to motorways and nearby Shawlands with all the cafes and restaurants

The room was a bit warm, but I just opened the window and it was perfect!

The room was amazing and clean and just lovely - a real treat! I even had a lovely view out my window, and the bed was made for me every day which was a lovely surprise - Amazing beer garden too, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening, and brilliant staff.

The bathroom was small with nowhere for two people to put toiletries or all towels. Minor repairs were necessary eg glass tops on bedside tables had become hazardously unattached, mirror in bathroom threatened to do the same. Make up mirror above dressing table really needs a light to be useful. Communication between desk staff and housekeeping evidently not great.

Only negative things that could think of would be it is a bit far from the centre and that the TV was kind of old and small.

Comfortable room, comfortable mattress. It was really quiet. Breakfast wasn't the biggest but it was enough. The best thing about this hotel is its employees! The staff was exceptional! Really nice and kind and helped with the stay! Thank you..

The breakfast was plentiful, but the menu was unclear about the gluten free options, and the server seemed unconcerned when an error was made.

Beautiful room, with trees all around. Felt private, luxurious, cozy, safe. Separate small living area with couch and TV. Huge basket full of treats. Across from a lovely park.

The hotel is specialised on "informal dining" and family party events and two nights out of five there very lound party music going on untill midnight. I was informed about this beforehand, so it did not come as a surprise. If you are having early mornings, be prepared. The breakfast started every day earliest at 8 a.m. so no chance for a breakfast If you have tight morning schedules.

Lovely, cozy hotel. Clean, large room, great staff. Location close to Crosshill station, handy to love around the city.

Not an issue for us but the beautiful staircase could be challenging for older people or if you have lots of bags as there is no lift.

Very spacious room with large bathroom. Breakfast had good options & the staff were friendly and welcoming.
