Seriously stunning rooms, the place is new and the bar / restaurant is not fully functional yet but the welcome and the rooms were equally outstanding.

Everything was beautifully presented and you can tell people take pride in their work at this hotel, its wonderful and qwerky and playful. The bed qas absolutely beautiful to sleep in, the best bed iver slept in for sheer comfort.

I didn’t see a disabled access, that’s the only negative for me (I need a wheelchair from time to time)

It’s was lovely and modern (loved the art element) very clean and very comfortable! (My children would have stayed asleep all morning if I didn’t wake them!) I have very bad arthritis so I get nervous what the bed will be like and the bed was perfect…better than my own! Staff were so friendly too. Lovely little coffee/tea station in the room with quality products stocked. 100% would stay here again! Great location, the sea is around 100 yards from the hotel and north pier is right next to it. Great pricing.

Shouldn't be called B and B if you don't provide breakfast. I had a family next door and the children were playing in the hallway right outside my door which was a little noisy and no staff around. Electric bed but one side was broken.

It was quite warm and no AC but its not the end of the world.

The room was a bit warm but we didn’t ask if there were fans available so that’s our own fault. We are struggling to find anything wrong with the property.

The property is beautiful, it’s clean, a 5 minute walk to the town centre and amazing value for money. Staying here was like staying in a 5 star hotel, everything felt luxurious and it is clear a lot of thought has been put into it.

No real human contact, quiet guy although very nice checked us in. No breakfast which I knew on booking. The room above was very noisy both nights so walls are very thin, just walking around above us was extremely creaky, heard all the laughing and shouting followed my very loud sex, luckily my so was asleep. No fault of owners of course.

I loved the black front of the b&b. Our room was stunning, the ceiling art and the quirky on off light was gorgeous. Loved the black carpet and walls. Huge window with sea view, Yorkshire tea bags, bathroom was immaculate with shower gel. Towels lovely and soft. Bed very comfy. My 6 year old son loved it

This is a little gem set central to all Blackpool attractions.very clean and artistic deco,friendly host,easy check in,travelled with baby got a travel cot on request . The linen fresh bathroom showers clean,nice warm room, hot shower They clearly state no breakfast BUT we were offered coffe on arrival and asked each morning if everything was okay or we needed coffee at all.very lovely host Easy check in check out Big value for money actually underrated My son said mommy this is a 10 out of 10 as he had a bunk bed.

Everything was fab but I hope the new photo ID procedure doesn't put people off. For check in they now request a selfie. Either before you arrive or if you prefer, you can have your pic taken when u arrive. They'll do this for you. It isn't a big deal. I hope people aren't put off. Also a fridge would be beneficial And it would be amazing if they can have 1 Pet friendly room. My friend who I met up with, stayed in another hotel, as she had her dog with her. But she would of loved to have stayed at the Art as she's stayed there in the past and loves it asmuch as me.

I'm over joyed that this b&b is back open. It's been my favourite b&b for Blackpool for a long time. I loved my seaview room. I enjoyed sitting at the table with a brew in the morning. The rooms at this b&b are Boutique style. Every room is a different theme. The hotel is very clean. My room was immaculate. Lovely huge shower. Bed sooo comfortable with pillows just right. The owner and team are also lovely. Warm and friendly. I love this place so much I've already booked another visit for June. Can't wait

Only negative could advice was only mirror was in bathroom so can make it harder getting ready.

The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome they let us check in very early but the room was still in immaculate condition. There were lot of plug outlets and really good wifi in the room. The shower was great but the best was the best very comfy everyone had a great sleep.

We loved spending the night in this creatively designed hotel. The breakfast is not yet available. There is a no party policy which is very much appreciated, so the hotel is very quiet. The staff is very welcoming and flexible. The bedroom was big, decorated with taste, and the bathroom very nice (big shower, big mirror). We will definitely come back.

There was nothing to dislike. Did take a while to get checked in as no one seemed to be answering the door but that didnt spoil anything.

Lovely room with excellent facilities. Projector screen and cinema seats a lovely touch.
