Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Very good for families, near Disneyland and pool is lovely. We also played bowling every night and had dinner in the restaurant. All staff members were very friendly. It has a relaxed atmosphere.

GermanyAdults should be aware that the sofa beds are very uncomfortable. The main double bed was excellent but the mattress and springs on the sofa bed were thin and worn and resulted in a very lumpy and uncomfortable mattress. We paid for breakfast for the 3 days we stayed but were confronted by the hotel staff at the entrance to the restaurant who accused us of not having paid. This happened 3 days in a row! Each time they of course discovered that we had paid. On the third day my wife and children were denied entry to the restaurant for 15 mins as the staff again accused them of not having paid. Only after I instructed them to consult with the front desk did they realise their mistake. The behaviour of the staff was unprofessional, to put it mildly. If their system for checking whether or not guests have paid for breakfast is flawed then they need only quickly check with the front desk but instead they denied entry to the restaurant. This left an unpleasant memory of what was otherwise a very nice hotel. I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk staff who were apologetic but simply blamed the kitchen staff. Disappointing.
Nice pool. Good main bed. fairly convenient location.

CyprusWe booked this hotel because we came to Disneyland for 2 days, and in the reviews I read there was a shuttle bus to Disney. However on the reception they assured us the hotel did not have a shuttle. Therefore we had to take a taxi (approx 12-15 mins drive to Disneyland parks). Also, there is no room service in terms of food - so you can not order food to the room. If you are tired and want to eat in the room - the only way is to call the Italian restaurant nearby and order take away. But then you need to walk there and get your food.
We had interconnecting rooms on the first floor, they were nice, modern and clean. The bed was comfortable, coffee was good. Breakfast was fine - you get everything you need, maybe a bit more variety of hot dishes (like an omelet for example) would be a nice addition. The SPA and swimming pool area was also nice and clean, however children are allowed only between 7-10 am and 5-7 pm in the evening. Additional hour in the afternoon for children would be nice. There is a nice Italian restaurant nearby and bowling, so there is always something to do.

United KingdomOur room was not equally well decorated to the common areas of the hotel.
Beautiful lobby and common areas. The entire hotel is very clean and staff is always maintaining high standards. Location: Easy to take Uber to Disneyland or Uber to the train station where you can get the train to Disneyland (slightly cheaper option).

NetherlandsJust a slight irritation, I booked the hotel because I read that there is a shuttle to the train station, but apparently this is no longer offered. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the station but you would have to cross a highway. So we used Uber to go to the train station~ about 12 -13 EU per trip. Uber to disneyland is also less than 20 EU. So it was still okay. Paris Central is about 45 to 1 hr away
The hotel room is nice and roomy for 3. The breakfast spread is superb. There is a pool and sauna nearby, also a supermarket/gas station about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

NetherlandsThere are absolutely no activities for kids. There are wierd rules about the timings of the swimming pool for children. Children can only swim from 7-10AM than 5-7PM. Other times the swimming pool is only for adults. If you plan to just relax in the hotel with a child than you have nothing to do between 10AM-5PM. Breakfast was complete chaos. There was too much crowd so just to get plates & cups we always had to wait for 10minutes. Even the breakfast buffet was not refilled on time, lot of waiting time.
The location is perfect. Just 15mins drive to Disneyland & 10mins drive to the city center, also lot of restaurants & supermarket within walking distance. Staff was quite friendly & the rooms were comfortable.

United KingdomThe room was decent size, not exceptionally clean as there were stains on the curtains and carpet.
The hall, garden space and bar is really modern, spacious, and clean. Also nearby entertainment with bowling and restaurant was nice. Breakfast was well assorted, but on busy time the staff seemed to struggle to keep up with the pace of replacing items. The pool was a bit disappointing as very crowded and not enough hanger or sunbeds to leave your towel.
