The location is excellent right at the airport and well signposted so you can't get lost. There was no noise at all. You would never know you were at a busy airport. The bed was very comfy, the room was clean and the staff were lovely.

The plug in the bathroom basin jammed and wouldn't release but that can happen anywhere.

Villa Elena is a beautiful family home with a big welcoming heart. It’s spacious, very tastefully decorated, peaceful and with secure parking in a very quiet neighbourhood

Breakfast was a good selection. Bed was very comfortable and a good Size. Bathroom was small but adequate with a good shower. Staff friendly and helpful.

Taxi booked to take us to Gare de Nord charged a booking fee of 7 euros and had 11 50 euros on the clock when we got in! It cost €41 I was told by the hotel clerk it would be about €20 - €25 !

Staff were lovely. The rooms were clean, as was the common areas. Very elegant styling. Like the lighting options in the room.

Carpet isn't ideal in hotel rooms. Some items were a little disheveled i.e. a loose bathroom tile, showerhead was loose, small things.

the staff- they were tired/lazyand unfriendly not enoughstaff to deal with so many guests checking in and out the food in the cafe was not fresh and very little variety and the staff were bery rude
