Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThe bathroom was separated from the rest of the room by a frosted glass door and wall, which was a bit less private than we are used to.
The Citizen M hotel is very conveniently located close to CDG terminal 2 as well as the train station. The hotel offered a very nice breakfast for 19 euros per person, with a wide range of food choices and great coffee. The hotel has a hi-tech vibe, starting with the automated check in process, and continuing to the room with lighting, window blinds and other amenities controlled from an in-room tablet. Staff were very friendly and explained things to us as needed. The bed was comfortable and the room, though small was very clean.

United StatesThe rooms are small—which is part of it, I understand. It was hard to find a place to put a large suitcase that wasn’t on the bed, though.
Close to the airport, and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that you could make the room very dark with shades. The staff was great, and so was breakfast in the morning. The shower was excellent as well.

The helping and friendly staff, the food, the bed, the control of the room with your phone or tablet. The simplicity and minimalism of the room. The location with either taxi availlable from the hotel or free cdgval free lift to the airport from roissy pole just in front of the hotel. The interiror design so clean and refreqhing. The computer you can use in the lobby. The restaurant/bar with good opening hours and tasty foods and drinks. The breakfast is a must too, a bit pricy but worth it. Thank you and keep the good job.

CanadaNot really a dislike but found it funny that we had a discussion about what view I wanted from my room. There's not much of a selection in what is basically a business park. Also old folks like me (I'm not even 60 but it seems that's old to the kids) are tech savvy. When I say there's a problem with the key card, it's not because I'm an idiot, it's because the key card was not set up properly. Stop treating us like morons. :)
I last stayed at the hotel just after it opened. There is a little wear and tear but it was so much easier to find compared to 10 years ago. It was also one of the best breakfasts I had on my whole vacation in France and Spain.

Very interesting futuristic environment. Very clean. The view from the window is basic - to the yard and other buildings. But nice. Close to airport terminals. Nice guys at reception.
