It's worth noting, on map this hotel looks near the airport, but taxi fare is expensive. The best way is still Metro, which goes to city center first (M2 line) then transfer back south (M1 line). Total time within 20mins, so still comfortable. In room, no slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste, no bathtub or bathrobe, which are not ideal but OK.

Iconic building visible from everywhere in Copenhagen. Very impressive modern design. The hall has live plants on entire walls. Great breakfast, large and quiet room with nice views. Do remember to visit the corridor bridge on the top floor, which connects two towers with windows on both sides. It's free to access and has stunning views. Location is good, 3mins walk to metro station Bella Center. You can also find a great Burger shop named Momo near the station, which opens till mid night.

The air conditioning was weak, the room was hot and there was a lack of fresh air.

Good location near a metro stop, very interesting architecture, and although we didn't have breakfast, there is a grab-and-go table with coffee, croissants and fruit, which was enough for a light breakfast. Although we arrived too early, at 2 p.m., we didn't have to wait and got a room. Excellent good big towels and plenty of them.

We were only given 3 small pillows on the bed, this was ok but more would have been nicer. Light switch on the bathroom was faulty (only a small point). TV lost internet connection frequently.

Room was a good size and well equipped. Plenty of storage which was nice, as we were there for a few days. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and also well equipped.

Some things need fixing, like broken light switch. Unfortunately, we’ve been charged additionally despite paying the whole price before our arrival. Not a very nice situation when u see that a hotels tries to charge u without any warning (we were not the only case). The issue solved peacefully but still the situation wasn’t a pleasant one…

The building itself does the job. Close to metro station. Quiet. U feel privacy.

I knew location wouldn't be ideal, and it did take at least 25 minutes to travel to any of the key sites in the city center, because you had to change lines, and sometimes longer if you had to wait for a bus that didn't come often. This meant my son and I couldn't go back to the hotel in the middle of the day for a rest. But I knew this was the tradeoff we were making to get more space for a better price.

Very clean and comfortable. Much more spacious than what you could get in the center, and for a better price too. The view from our room on floor 22 was really nice! Close to the airport but couldn't hear the planes in our room. Although the location wasn't ideal, it wasn't horrible either. A metro stop was a short walk away, and there were a few restaurants and a grocery store in the area for immediate needs. The bakery nearby was great!

The breakfast is quite expensive. Many options but still.. Not much glutenfree options. The gym was great. The rooms were really nice.

The shower needs some attention. It had mould and the door does not close. The bed was not that comfortable, noise and perhaps too soft. There's not where to plug the kettle in the cupboard where it is place. The house keeper could be more generous with the instant coffee

Beautiful view to Copenhagen. The staff is kind. Easy access to the bus stop and Metro.

Corridor wasn’t clean at any moment. I’m sure wasn’t from Wednesday to Saturday, maybe one day will be. Room also wasn’t that clean.

Dorota at the front desk was amazing with us. Very friendly and helpful. Nicholeta at the bar, she was fantastic. Very friendly person.

Our stay was almost perfect except cleaner did not change our bedsheets on one occasion and did not replenish out beverages tray. We stayed Three nights.

The breakfast was reach. The staff was kind. The location was excellent. It was near the fields and was ideal for walking /excersise. Every where you could find plenty of cold water to drink and fruits to have as snack!

We wanted a hotel that was close enough to both the airport and the city and this was perfect. It took us less than 20 mins to get to both places by public transportation. It is conveniently located at a 5 minute walk from a metro station and also is in a area with a few good cafes and a grocery store around. Additionally, the staff was extremely nice and it was very easy to check in and check out from the property.
