Positive section of review
The location is handy, very close to train and metro station and we found a few nearby excellent restaurants. Clean and well-equipped, with everything that you would require including in apartment washing machine and Nespresso machine. Good shower. Good air-conditioning. Adequately spacious. Laptop size safe. Published description is accurate. It was particularly good to have a staffed office onsite 9-5. Both Mariela and Aylin gave fantastic assistance and advice, always happy to help wherever possible.

- location is great, walking distance to many attractions, - close to the metro station from the airport (30 mins from airport to hotel), - the breakfast variety was limited, however, it was delicious, - a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

- you have to pay for lockers if you want to leave the baggage after leaving the room, - rooms might be a little bit bigger, - some leaks in the bathrooms during the shower, the shower drain did not pass the water efficiently.

The perfect place to stay. Great location, friendly staff (especially Pang on reception), clean and good sized rooms. My second stay here and it will be my first choice for return trips!

Big shout out to Thomas. Very nice people. He was able to reschedule our date, after making a mistake. Just an amazing view, great beds, lovely breakfast room and wonderful food.

Room was small and there were curtains missing so the room was really bright early and we didn’t get much sleep. We asked about it and they promised to look into it but never did and were inconsistent about fixing the problem.
