We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainUnfortunately our experience at Salvador Dali's restaurant was not the best. Slow service and we had to repeat some orders couple of times because they forgot about them. Nevertheless, they assumed the bad service and did not charge for the wine (nice gesture).
Amazing hotel. The room was perfect, very spacious and comfortable bed (in special pillows). Hotel classic style is beautiful and views from the main façade to Cologne are breath-taking.

I do not eat a traditional breakfast, but I had the staff prepare the coffee with my "special ingredients" and my fortified Orange juice" which they brought to my room each morning to help me to start my day, just as I do at home. We also had a meal at the Trattoria Enoteca, which was both, excellent food and service. The wine was Spectacular!! I spent a good deal of time in the lobby bar and the staff were so friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed .the piano music on the weekend with Frank

It was our wedding anniversary, the hotel gave us a pleasant surprise. (decorated the room and an unusual and delicious dessert) I also liked the room, spacious and most importantly it was quiet.

GermanyOnly one small thing happened - we were served very burnt sweet potato fries in one of the restaurants that were completely inedible. A little shocked due to the standard of the hotel (and not to mention the price paid for them) but I mentioned to the hostess when she collected plates and she was very apologetic and handed it in an acceptable manner in my opinion.
The hotel itself is very beautiful! The rooms are big and lovely decorated. Couldn't fault anything with the atmosphere and facilities at all. Spa is also very calming and beautiful. Gym was a little sparse but okay for a hotel.
