The host are the most welcoming and very flexible to help us make our stay the most comfortable possible. I thought I'd stay 10 days, I ended up staying almost 2 months (stayed in 4 out 5 rooms). Very good value for the price asked, close to Bethnal Green Underground, close to restaurants and coffee. The rooms are clean, comfortable and sometimes quite spacious (for the biggest ones).

We don't see the hosts often. Sometimes when the other guests don't clean after themselves, it can stay messy for a bit. The water temperature in the shower is difficult to adjust, but after a while, you learn to get it right haha! In general, there isn't much I didn't like.

I love this house. Spacious, clean, modern. Great location to walk into town and all tourist locations. The cemetery is beautiful, and great for a morning walk with a cup of coffee. Bathroom has hot water immediately. Great for a family or large group of friends.

Owners were extremely nice and friendly! Responsive and always ready to help. Room was very clean. Room and bathroom were a bit small but comfortable enough for short stays. It had all necesseties so overall definitely a good value for money.

Airport was very close, accommodations were excellent, shuttle to airport service was good after a minor issue was rapidly solved by the hotel manager.

There was a confusion because the web page says that airport shuttle was free of charge. When we made reservations for the shuttle, we were told there was a charge, after talking and showing the manager the web information, she took care of everything and even put us in a taxi to terminal 5.

Location was so good, close to everything and Victoria station.

The bed was so uncomfortable, the mattress was old and there was a timber framing at the foot of the bed which reduced the length of mattress they could fit in the space. I am 5'5 and did not fit in the bed. Our bedroom window was located next to the main front door. Every night people were smoking out there and the smoke would come in through the closed window. On our last night, workers were out the front of window smoking and talking loudly on and off the whole night, then they would come inside and let the doors slam closed without a care, this made for a terrible sleep.
