Such a lovely space! Everything was very clean and thought out, i loved the wine swap program they had - so fun! The hosts provided a lot of great info on the city and the apt & even wrote a personal thank you note :)

Staff was slow and tedious, bad service made us late for the event we had travelled to come see. I was also told I would get a $240 refund that day as they wanted to use a different card to charge for my hotel room. I only received the money back two days later even though the hotel clerk repeatedly assured me I already had the money back in my account.
