To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaParking cost $38 for the night. Not great but affordable . They do not have vallet parking or a parking spot out front . That was our only dislike is we had to find street parking to run into the hotel lobby to check in, then we had to get back into the car and drive around the building to the parking lot.
Such a beautiful hotel. The walk up to the lobby gives very fancy vibes and the lobby keeps the vibe going. The hotel is beautiful and fancy. With very friendly staff. The rooms were very nice and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

CanadaGood hotel but not perfect. Bathroom lighting should be brighter esp when facing mirror. Remote for tv in main living room did not work, left note they did not read it and act on it. One electrical outlet did not work, but minor complaint otherwise good hotel!
No breakfast included. Excellent location, easy walk to restaurants.

Very clean, nicely furnished. Boutique vibe. This 2 bedroom 2 bath property was ideal for our group of 3 girlfriends and could have accommodated 4 or 5. We had a full kitchen for snacks or carry out and a full balcony.

United KingdomIt's not a problem but be aware of the refundable deposit that you need to pay when you arrive.
Each room is a whole suite so excellent if you need a fridge/ freezer, kitchen access and a place to relax that isn't just a bed. It's also directly opposite a nice shop that sells groceries but also things like cheese and meat boards, salads and coffee. It's very easy to walk to most of the things available in downtown including Stanley park - most things are within a 20 minute walk. Very close to two train stations which can take you directly to Vancouver airport.

Easy to get to from cruise pier. Really great front staff, they held our bags til room was ready. We were able to check in before noon, very grateful to staff for accommodating us since we had such an early arrival. Really great room, huge and comfortable and enjoyed having a kitchen. Appreciated the housekeeping woman who stopped by and provided us with more coffee and water.
