We had requested an additional bed, and it had been confirmed in advance. Unfortunately, the bed had not been made before our arrival, so staff had to come to the room to prepare it while we were in the room. They were quick, pleasant and efficient.

We loved the room and the amenities provided. The separate office area was beautiful, and the view was stunning. We didn't use the kitchen facilities, but see that they would be handy for long term stays and travellers who may not want to eat all their meals in restaurants. There was even a dishwasher! The location is excellent for those who want to explore Vancouver's attractions.

Unfortunately Vancouver city has a rat infestation at the moment and this property is in the zone of the infestation. It was unpleasant seeing the rats at night in the supermarket and on the street.

The smell of the lobby was very clean and calming it felt refreshing. The overall hotel and our room was clean, bed was comfortable. I enjoyed that Joe fortes and 49th parallel coffee was a reasonable walking distance. The location of convenient, I liked how there was a grocery store right across. You can fill up your water bottle on the third floor.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The management very kindly allowed me to access my room considerably earlier than the usual check in time. They provided helpful information about the "hop on hop off" service after my prebooked tour was cancelled at the last minute. The apartmnet is spacious, clean and well appointed. The location is excellent.
