I recently stayed at this wonderful resort located directly on the beach on Bantayan Island in the Philippines and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The private beach was an added bonus and made the experience even more memorable. The infrastructure and service were top-notch and comparable to the highest western standards. It was also perfect for kite surfing. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the management was well-organized and accommodating. The food was fantastic and offered a range of options, including local cuisine, selected Italian meals, and even a sushi chef. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable beach vacation. My experience was 10/10 and I can't wait to go back!

Situated in Badian, Cuestas Beach Resort and Restaurant features a private beach area and an outdoor swimming pool. Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a garden and a terrace. High view over the sea from the rooms and the restaurant is impressive. You can feel the personal involvement of the owners in the design of the houses and of the resort overall - which very clean, unique paintings, excellent cuisine and of course some boats that are being personally restored. My stay was an absolute pleasure! The hotel is very relaxing and secluded, and offered amenities/activities to enjoy as well. The food is great- although a small menu, the food is so fresh & absolutely beautiful. All of the staff are very friendly and keen to help. Such amazing value for money, the hotel is truly in paradise!

Featuring a garden and a restaurant, Eskapo Verde Resort Moalboal is set in Badian and is 9 km from Santo Nino Church. This 1-star hostel offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. Simon, Alain and the rest of the crew are just the nicest people. They took extremely good care of us, told us the history of Moalboal from back to the 70s and has put their heart in this ecohotell located some 15 min away from the beating center. We saw fireflies from the bamboo bridge, and inside the area you find the way wandering pathways underneath the trees. Eating breakfast to a «Jurrasic Park» kind of view (see photo) everyday was just breathtaking. Can recommend the tocino or the philippine sausages!

Angelina Beach Resort & Italian Restaurant Malapascua offers spacious rooms with a balcony offering views of the sea. It provides free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Beautiful location and fabulous room. Malapascua is exquisite and Angelina Beach is an ideal location from which to explore. The beaches on the east side of the island are only a few minutes walk and there are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the hotel. Staff were very helpful, and were very good at organising early breakfasts and luggage carriage. Happy to recommend.
