Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings. It was a beautiful place, with its flaws, which in the end could not prevent a great time and enjoying the magnificent nature. The location and the views from the windows and terraces are just great. The staff also deserves special praise as everyone was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Every question we had did not go unanswered. The check in process was extremely easy and quick. The room is beautifully furnished and very authentic. The surrounding area is more than conducive to leisurely strolls as well as some activities that are at your disposal right on the hotel grounds. Definitely a place to stay for at least three nights. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant menu is well worth a look. Although the service in the restaurant is a bit complicated in my opinion, that does not change the fact that everything is done to a high standard. Definitely I would recommend this hotel!

Rocco, Paolo, Erald and also the others, if you read this. Thanks for everything!. The place is great with a lovely 360 degree view but the staff make it a 10/10. We did our honeymoon here and we are so happy that it was such a good hotel. They even drove me to the pharmacy. Always a big smile, really good food and wine also. This just was a 10/10. Also a great place to visit old city's 20 min - 1 hour drive from the hotel

Located in Panicale, Tenuta Lamborghini features a garden and seasonal outdoor pool. Assisi is 42 km from the property. Quiet Location. Very good breakfast. Superb restaurant for lunch and diner. Good golf, 9 holes. Personal very helpfull and sympathic (especially the restaurant). Nice pool area. Very spacious rooms/appartements, good working airco and big bathroom.

Located 2 km from Lake Trasimeno, I Capricci Di Merion is an Art Nouveau building in the Umbrian countryside. This place exceeded our expectations! We booked it last minute after the place were staying at was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival you will feel like you have escaped the chaos of the world and entered the tranquil Tuscan villa that you were dreaming of when you decided on a holiday in Italy. The staff is exceptional and everyone is working hard to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. The chef is fantastic and there is a laundry list of wines to choose from. The pool was amazing and we swam in it everyday! The spa was a bit basic but nice and private which we liked it. Our room was so nice and the bed was comfortable. They also provide additional nice touches like shower gels, lotion, shampoos, shower caps, etc... It's super close to Cortona...which is a must-see and we also toured a local winery.

A villa of the 18th century, Borgobrufa Spa Resort is located on the hill 4 km from Torgiano. It offers a free spa, panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside and a gourmet restaurant. Everything was great. Very friendly staff. Brand new facility. Amazing Spa. Good food. Overlooking a sumptuous region. Not sure how one could expect more.
