Real boatmen leaving for fishing in early mornings. The check-in was very formal where we were greeted by Shreyashi who surprised us with a traditional head cap and glass of welcome drink. The rooms were kingly decorated. There were plenty of programs/activities. In the evening, Buddhadev invited many guests for a complimentary photo shoot with his special camera. And a framed portrait was ready at check out! Truely amazing services. The breakfast spread was rich, with numerous choices of South Indian themes. During this years circuit tour of India, I am spending my consecutive nights in similar hotels in multiple regions of India. Food wise it is very comparable to the better ones - all are featured by dosa, omelet bar, and too many choices. Additionally, here a locally costumed musician lighted up the morning environment with the sweet tune of flute.

This family-run estate spread across 20-acres offers accommodation in Masinagudi at the foothills of the Nilgiris. This is the best vacation my parents and I among the several we took in the last 5 years. The resort has a rustic charm to it, the grounds and room are well maintained. You get to see deers, wild boars and langur monkeys within the property. Tracy and Gibran helped us with all our trip planning and any special requests we had for our elderly parents during our stay. All the support staff were amazing and helpful in every way. Thank you Jungle Hut for the wonderful memories, will definitely visit again.

Beautiful and serene property designed in the traditional style of Tamil architecture. The gardens are amazing and the peacocks add a colorful but noisy additional touch! The staff are very warm and friendly and quick to respond to requests. The food is also quite delicious - fresh organic fruit and veggies. They make the food only after you order so it takes a while but is worth the wait. We couldn’t try the Ayurvedic treatments as our schedule was very tight but as we plan to come back that’s ok. The quaint tea kadai was a lovely experience . We’d say this is a must stay place if you come to Kumbakonam!

The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The resort ambience was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back.

I stayed here for a day trip with no exceptions but than realized I could have booked for few more days. This house is completely amazing and chill. My girl friend really love this place. Mud blocks, natural finishing walls, nice pool, wonderful home made food. C19 safety measures followed... Well maintained property and its new and all at reasonable price. We would love to come back later nov. Pre-booked already :) for a week stay. The owner of the property is an passionate person.

The Realm ligger i Coonoor, 25 km från Ootysjön, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering och en restaurang. We stayed in The Realm Resort from 7 to 9 April. Food was amazing and hospitality is 5 stars. Selva is too good. He took us to a nice spot nearby which was mesmerizing, we went to a farm nearby with him, which was growing cabbage, we ourselves picked the cabbage 🥬, that we wanted him to cook that evening. The campfire was also there every evening. The location is superb, Was not wanting to leave this place. Some travellers faced problems while driving to the resort, as Google map goes haywire in between because of loss of signal, but we did not have any such problems. There are 3 dogs who are cute. They will come and welcome you every time you show up at the main gate.
