This place is amazing. The whole resort, properties, pool and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Relaxing, calm and beautiful settings, on-site spa that was also great. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Nice quiet part of the beach right outside the property to lounge around. I must give a special mention to Mr. Jan who dealt with customer relations. This guy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as smooth as possible.

The property has two swimming pools, both clean and amazing, with a bar inside. The inside pool is in a beautiful area, with sand around and many sun loungers to lie down on. The room was very spacious, with a massive balcony, decorated very well. As this property is new, everything was very clean and sparkling. Their restaurant is really nice, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Location is slightly away from the crowds, so you can enjoy peace and quiet. However, it's close enough that you can get to the busy city areas within a 10-minute walk. The staff are lovely, always helpful and with a smile. The value is great. I even recommended this hotel to a friend, who ended up staying here for his wedding honeymoon and he also loved it. Well done!

We stay in many different places on Gili T, but here we felt like home. It was the best place that we visited on Gili during our 3-weekes long stay. Antonio and his wife are amazing, very friendly. They will take care of you and make you feel good. Everything was very clean, what is important for us. Breakfast was delicious and we had such a nice tarrace. I could do yoga there and look at the beautiful tropical trees at the same time. We will remember this place forever. 😊 Thank you so much.

They have less variety for vegetaran and yet they able to improvise whenever we ask them for veg recipes . Simply wow . Their rooms are pretty big and private pool is even cool with infinity view of an ocean along . Stayed here for 5 nights, wish I could stay here longer .

Superb place with nice n friendly people, good food and beautiful beach. We stayed here for 10 nights and had an amazing stay. Rooms are nice and comfortable, pool is amazing and food is just too good, best one on the island. The kitchen staff even made special arrangements to show and teach us some recipes. The resort is very beautiful and well maintained. Massage is good and the set up is very nice & relaxing, right on the beach. We had to go for diving early morning and the staff made sure to take care of the kids. Kids were sad to leave the place. We made some good friends and by the end of the stay it was like leaving home. Many many thanks to Firman, Amir and every member of the staff for making our stay so special.
