I love this resort, it was perfect. The breakfast is outstanding, the staff is the sweetest and the room was really nice. The pool was lovely, and the massage was excellent.

During our stay at Kastara Resort, we used the excursion around Ubud offered by the hotel. Our guide was an employee of Hotel - Merta. I want to emphasise his professionalism, willingness to help, and extensive knowledge. The experience he provided undoubtedly contributed to our overall satisfaction with our stay at Kastrara Resort.

Best staff ever! Always happy and we really felt like we were taken good care off. They catered for allergies (nut and almond) superbly! The hotel was clean and rooms were great. Good breakfast and if you like a bit of luxury, the tearoom breakfast is for you (great a-la-carte options). The Apurva Kempinski Bali ตั้งอยู่ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติอันเขียวขจี และสามารถมองเห็นมหาสมุทร ให้บริการที่พักหรูหราใน Nusa Dua มีสระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้งขนาด 60 ม. Everything about the hotel was amazing. But what makes the hotel perfect are the amazing people working there. From the ladies at the reception, the guys at the dropzone, the wonderful people of housekeeping and everybody else. I would love to name them all but it’s too many.
