Always happy and we really felt like we were taken good care off. They catered for allergies (nut and almond) superbly! The hotel was clean and rooms were great. Good breakfast and if you like a bit of luxury, the tearoom breakfast is for you (great a-la-carte options). From the ladies at the reception, the guys at the dropzone, the wonderful people of housekeeping and everybody else. I would love to name them all but it’s too many.
