Situated in Plaka, 200 metres from Plaka Beach, Aegean Palace features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Customer service was an absolute highlight and helped us with everything we needed (rides to/from the ferry, car rentals, places to see and eat). Hell I'm sure if we asked for a unicorn they could find one for us. They were also always in a good mood and very attentive. It's right next to the beach with a ton of restaurants nearby and a bus stop right out front in case you want to hop into the city to do some shopping. The pool is also super nice and there's even a gym with free weights. Protip: Use the Plakcafe sunbeds (part of the same resort). You only need to pay for a drink (which c'mon you were gonna get anyways). We made the mistake of wondering around and had to pay for both the sun beds + drinks when they were free ones right on our doorstep.

Naxos Summerland resort is located 250 metres away from the secluded beach of Kastraki, in the south-west part of Naxos Island, 16.5km from the town centre, Chora. The staff were attentive and helpful. Delicious breakfast outside. Well maintained environment. Two swimming pools + one for children. Plenty of space inside and out. Silence at night. Very close to the white sand beach by the sea

Location on the beach is great although the enclosed bar and restaurant area is missing a trick, there was a lot of concrete to look at as they faced inland, the back of the bar towards the sea
