The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast had variety and was very good. The staff even brought us groceries for the day we departed since we left too early for breakfast. The bicycles were very convenient. The staff were very helpful arranging transportation and tours. We liked the location which was close enough to walk easily to restaurants and shops but still very quiet and little traffic.

Absolutely beautiful setting, with views of mountains, a little pond, gorgeous pool, beautiful landscaping. A bit apart from town, down a dirt road. Bungalow rooms were lovely, strangely pretty bathroom. The owner lady was so sweet and helpful, cooking us dinner 2 nights. House dog Tony was adorable. Great value!

From the time the reservation was made, the owner of the property (Mr. Hoang) contacted me about transportation from Hanoi. The property is immaculately kept from garden to bungalow. It is a heavenly retreat that relaxing yet stimulating. The dinner menu had lots of variety and everyone seemed quite happy with their meal. The bungalows were spotless and the temperature and sound of nature transported us to a fairyland. Lastly, the locatiion was near Trang An, Hao Lu, and the train station.

We loved the location! It was a little bit out of the hustle and bustle, yet close to restaurants, a beautiful pagoda, and an easy ride to town. Everything was very clean and the staff was so kind and helpful.

Nice hotel and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Far from the noisy downtown and you can bike there with the free bikes.

The room is clean, the bed is huge, the fridge is big and the bathroom is big with a heater on the wall if you feel cold in the shower (the weather was cold when we stayed) the host was very welcoming and really kind. Who uses Google translation to communicate with smiles and laughter a lot. Breakfast was made to order - we had homemade chicken noodles. Then he checked with me to see if I liked another dish. This resort is located among lush gardens, beautiful fruit trees, the staff seemed friendly and flexible. The room are very large and clean, beds were comfortable.
