I had the most incredible experience at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel in Agia Pelagia! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like a cherished guest. The resort's location is absolutely breathtaking, perched on a hillside overlooking the stunning Cretan coastline. The panoramic views from my room were nothing short of awe-inspiring, and I found myself captivated by the beauty of the deep blue sea and the serene atmosphere. The staff at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel are second to none. They went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like I was in a home away from home. The level of service truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. One of the highlights for me was the Blue Bay Resort Hotel's commitment to sustainability and the environment. Their eco-friendly practices and dedication to responsible tourism really impressed me. Breakfast and all staff were amazing. All restaurants were amazing, we were constantly surprised. More facilities than one could possibly need. The resort itself is just beautiful, with all the villas and most beautiful plants all around. We recommend the lifestyle suites.

- Gostei da simpatia de todos os colaboradores, sempre muito atenciosos e preocupados com o meu bem estar devido à minha Intolerância alimentar. - Gostei muito da gastronomia, desde o pequeno almoço até ao jantar, muita variedade de comida. As panquecas são deliciosas. - O quarto que fiquei era espetacular, vista lindíssima para o mar. - Excelente local para famílias que teem crianças, contudo, quem procura um pouco de sossego e não ouvir crianças a chorar nem tanto.

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

From start to finish, its great value for money. Not the most fancy but comfortable, all inclusive experience. The most amazing were the swimming pools and slides, catering and location. In general, every single buffet meal was tasty and fresh. Also enjoyed the soft drinks, tea, coffee etc. You are right on the beachfront, near 2 small shopping towns and there is a Hop on-Hop off bustop at the entrance! Our family enjoyed small conversations with the friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff. We got great ideas for excursions, car hire, taxi and there is a small shop on site is very useful. Oh and another bonus! There is a kids club that actually keeps kids engaged so we could get adult time in between! They were begging to go back everyday and so we truly had a great, fun, restful holiday ;-)
