An very helpful,accomdating host,Mr Munir drove 3 km to guide us to location, gave us an upgrade, the place is nickel clean, made bbq 4 supper. We felt at home, Mme Dianne the children Daniella & Nathalie are very,very nice. The garden ,the view , the manager Genifer could not be better . We very strongly recommend staying there. We thank them all.

Everything. I booked a deluxe villa with private pool and it was amazing. Very clean and well furnished, very comfy and relaxing, with all amenities one might reasonably need. Staff was super friendly and polite everywhere: reception, housekeeping, and restaurant. Very fast and professional check in and check out. Even if something is missing, housekeeping provided everything we asked for. Will definitely go there again.

A special thanks to Mr. Wael Mounir (front desk manager) for his great help, that managed professionalism and friendliness with a perfect balance, he started taking care of us before we arrived till we left. Exceptional and wonderful service! Great location! Amazing attention to detail! Fantastic breakfast and dinner were served in the hotel. The hotel was immaculate and exceeded all expectations. Being able to check in early. Rooms were so clean and comfortable with high tasteful furnishings. The staff was exceptional, incredible, and polite, Thanks to all the hotel staff. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back.
