The staff were so friendly and welcoming, beds and pillows very comfortable, the hotel is off a busy street down a little alley but it was very quiet at night, they offered complementary laundry service daily which we greatly appreciated - freshly washed & folded clothes delivered back to the room at the end of the day, room cleaned well and new towels daily. I would 100% return again and highly recommend to others.

Everything was perfect. Tai made my stay an amazing one, being very available and super nice. He also gave me great recommendations. There are a lot of sight seeing to be visited at a walking distance. Besides, the room was super clean, enjoyably bright and calm. Internet connexion was more than enough to have video calls with screen sharing. I would definitely come back and stay more. Thanks again.

The clever design of the building I reckon, created greatly air convection at the entrance hall and around the building. Also swimming pool on top of the 7-floor building. So many interesting things to enjoy 🥰

En by som bør oppleves. Vi hadde en full dag i Ho Chi Minh byen og følte det var nok. Selvsagt er det som gir sterkest inntrykk trafikken, man kan ikke nøle når man går over veien. Utover det så er det en fantastisk by med mye god mat, trivelige folk og masse opplevelser. Anbefaler å bruke uber for å komme seg rundt, veldig lettvint og man slipper å krangle med taxisjåførene om betalingen. Vi rakk og prøve et par forskjellige restauranter, og de to vil gjerne anbefale både Bep Me In og Red Bean De Tham.

It was my first trip to Vietnam and New World Saigon was the first place I stayed. I booked a residence club room and it was excellent. The personnel was very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast , coctail hour drinks and food amazing! I also used the swimming pool which was very nice. I had such a good start to my travel in Vietnam thanks to New World Saigon experience, I decided to end my trip there and stayed another two nights at the end of my trip😁 Thanks Hoa, Thuy, Uv, Nhi, Thu and everyone that I cannot remember the name of🙄

We absolutely loved it here, It has a lot of charm for Saigon, If you read the Graham Green book 'The Quiet American' or watch the film it adds to it's slightly quirky nature, Bit faded but it is 150 years old, lifts take longer than walking but these are in no way a problem if you accept it's not a boring generic place and go with history and location, Bit of traffic noise but it's in a city of 12.5m people so unless your 20+ floors up that's going to happen, I will definitely come back if in HCMC

One memorable experience I had was at a hotel with a beautiful green environment. The gardens were well-maintained, providing a peaceful atmosphere. They also had a tennis court, where I spent a lot of time playing. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring a variety of Vietnamese dishes that were delicious. This hotel is amazing! And immaculately curated! If you are an aesthetic you will appreciate the thoughtful design of everything about this hotel. I absolutely loved being here. The attention to detail in the rooms with the woodwork for the furniture, the wood floors, the lighting (low lights for mood, brighter lights for packing) is superb. Our room felt so comfortable, not at all like a hotel, more like being a villa. We were in one of the larger rooms and I recommend upgrading to this size if you can. The rooftop pool and bar are the best place in Saigon to hang out in my opinion - the perfect spot to have an afternoon drink while enjoying the breeze and the views or a morning swim in the pool which was remarkably not too warm, just the perfect temp for cooling off. And plenty of loungers which is always a bonus. The design of the bar and pool area is super cool and very comfortable. The combination of the wood, the metal work design, the lights in the trees, the great views of the city and the breeze, I just loved being up on there with a cocktail watching the lights of Saigon twinkle on below as the sun set on the city. It’s magic. It’s also in a great location in District 1 with easy walking distance to the landmark sites and the river. I recommend this hotel to anyone however if you love design and understand the importance of details you will appreciate it all the more. And a special mention to Chinh for her wonderful help with anything and everything we needed which helped to make our stay so enjoyable. It was the perfect way to end our three weeks in Vietnam - this would be the hotel we’d book again if we are ever back in Saigon.

Everything was as I expected, the room, it's price, the location, staff we were friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommended Cupid hotel for couples and solo travelers.
