This was our second time staying at the Inn. Neal and Mike are amazing hosts. The environment is very welcoming , warm and homey. Home hooked breakfast every morning. The rooms are big, well furnished, comfortable beds and toiletries available. The common space is great place where guests get together to chat, watch TV in front of a cozy fireplace. The outdoor area is huge with plenty of patio furniture hammocks and fire pits. About a 20 minute walk into town. I love this place and will stay again at my next visit.

The Sea Breeze Inn

The Sea Breeze Inn is located in Middletown, 3.4 km from Whitehall Museum House. Free private parking is available on site. Easton's Beach is 645 metres from the property and Newport is 3.8 km away. What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.

The Howland House Inn was built around 1765, and has been restored and renovated since. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi at this inn. Absolutely wonderful. Great location. Our suite was comfortable, spacious and charming. The innkeeper, Karen, was delightful. No detail was forgotten. Planning to return to explore more of Newport and stay in this gem.

This historic 1700s bed and breakfast is just a 3-minute walk from Newport Harbor. It features a private pond, gardens and free Wi-Fi in each of its individually decorated rooms. Great host, very helpful and flexible about the time for a freshly cooked breakfast, and the location is incredibly easy and walkable from downtown.

This all-suite Newport hotel is located directly next to the Newport Harbor. Each suite offers a full kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a furnished balcony. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Location right in town and on the water was perfect.

This Federalist style boutique hotel in Newport, Rhode Island is just a 10-minute walk from the scenic Cliff Walk and beach. It features individually themed rooms and on-site parking. We were in the apartment and loved having the comfort of all the amenities. Stylish and quiet, easy parking, great location, it was a joy to return to at the end of each day. Highly recommend.

This Rhode Island Inn is conveniently located just 2 miles from Newport city centre and all Newport attractions. We loved everything! Breakfast was very well stocked. Loved the ice machine and Poland Springs to fill our water bottles. We had a late check in and they were so accommodating.

One block from Newport, Rhode Island's vibrant Thames Street and the waterfront, this renovated, 19th century mill offers suites with historic appeal and contemporary amenities. Perfect location, close to everything but still quiet. Rooms have a lot of character and individual touch. We traveled with a little pet, called to inform about that prior to reservation, gave us pet-friendly room. Breakfast is much better than your average continental breakfast.
