We stayed here to celebrate our New year since the place itself is in the perfect location for us with a scooter as you can easily get to bars , cafe, resturants, supermarkets and closde to the pier. Later,, we changed the place to explored the other side of the islands, and we decide to come back to Phangan Hometown. Incredible, the place is so peachful and relaxing after the celebrating season and fullmoon party. It like you rent your own apartment and there are always the cleaners make the room clean daily for you. You will get free bottles of water, tea, coffee , chips, sweet and milk in the freez so the price in high season is acceptable for us :) . The important thing is that Phangan hometown is a family-owned resort run by the daugther with only 8 simple rooms. There are Poopae and Chompoo , the dogs :) as their security guard, and they are so cute !

It is a very quiet location, in the middle of nature surrounded by beautiful trees, the place has such good energy. I stayed in the dorm and the beds were very comfy and it was all clean. The owner is simply amazing, because I didn’t have a scooter he drove me sometimes to places for sunset. He made sure I had a good stay here. I could also use the bicycle to cycle to the closest beach, which was 5 min away. I can totally recommend this lovely place!

This was simply one of the best stays. It’s extremely comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff was amazing. Upon arrival we got cold drinks and they managed to check us in very quickly, even though it was very busy. The staff goes above and beyond. The breakfast was very good and the food you can order was delicious. We ended up staying here for a week as it was so close to Haad Rin Beach. But also the pool (which has salty water) was right on the beach and we saw one of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen while laying in the pool. The cocktail bar you can order at from the water is a nice touch. If you’re looking for a fairly priced, awesome resort. Look no further.
