The staff were very nice and helpful and breakfast was amazing. The hotel is situated opposite the bus stop which is perfect if you need to catch the bus to go to Ljubljana or Lake Bohinij. It's also a one minute walk from the canoe rental place which is perfect. Absolutely recommend!

Newly opened in April 2009 after extensive renovations, this 4-star hotel, first opened in 1906, is only 200 metres from Lake Bled and in the immediate vicinity of the train station. - reception and all the staff actually is very helpful and nice - everything is really exquisite, old and nice, stylish - comfortable table, working space - breakfast is amazing but you need to know if you order one option it’s not very big - swimming pool and massage were good - 2 minutes from the train station is just perfect and for walking around the lake it’s also a very good place - lake view - and the last but not the least - it’s very quiet during the low season and price is lower of course

The location is excellent- there are a lot of trails starting from nearby and the bus station is 30 meters away.

The location is perfect, few min walk to the lake, boat station and the church of lake Bohinj. The breakfeast is reasonable.

Warm and welcoming it was like staying with friends and yet there was always professionalism and attention to detail. Whilst our quite spacious 'small' room may not have had quite the style of the public areas it was nevertheless very comfortable. The team took a pride in offering food and drink of a high quality with some interesting and unusual offerings and yet it all felt comfortable and not at all pretentious. A great location and we were comfortable leaving the motorbike in their car park.
