The other HUGE plus is having wifi in the bungalow and a bike and kayak at your disposal for no charge. I also enjoyed the privacy. Note that the picture shown first is not part of your space; it’s the lanai in her house, but she will welcome you to enjoy it with her and have a lovely chat. If I were to return to Rangiroa, I would definitely book here again.

Perfect for paddleboarding, snorkeling, water walking. Easy walk to restaurants. Owners are super friendly have lived here for decades. They know everyone and it was easy to book excursions through them. The bungalow is brand new. Quiet location and great A/C and kitchenette. The owners have taken alot of pride in the bungalow and it shows. Fresh passion fruit and baguette brought every morning for breakfast!

We expected our stay in Tiputa to be slightly off the beaten path - and it was, for the best of it! The property is at the "remote" end of the village, on the ocean shore - enjoy the noise of breakers during the night! First floor, nice view. No light pollution - enjoy the view of the Milky Way at night. Beyond the beauty of Rangiroa (expected), we were warmly welcome by the owner's family, who did everything to make us feel at home. Bread, butter, jam were offered for breakfast, and the "restaurant" they recommended was... the neighbor's yard, with 4 tables and a "beware of the dog" sign on the porch. The dog is nice and well-behaved, the cook very friendly and focused on healthy local dishes with fresh (garden-plucked) ingredients, which were outstanding (and more than decently priced)! Thank you for everything, this was a highlight of our vacation in Tahiti.
