This modern designed hotel is next to Pirbadet Waterpark on Brattøra. It offers free Wi-Fi and stylish rooms. The Rooftop restaurant & bar is located on the 9th floor with views of Trondheim Fjord. We had a wonderful stay at Clarion Hotel Trondheim. The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet is enormously generous and all delicious. Great bar and restaurant, comfortable room and an excellent location for exploring. Highly recommend.

Situated by the Nidelva River in the picturesque Bakklandet district of Trondheim, Scandic Bakklandet offers free WiFi and rooms with flat-screen cable TVs. Stayed for wedding night. Got cards, and candy from the staff when we arrived. Got a free late check out. And I'm sure we also got upgraded. The service was amazing.

This eco-friendly hotel is centrally located in the vibrant Solsiden district of Trondheim, 10 minutes’ walk from Central Station. It was a great location, room was nice size, very clean. Their breakfast was exceptional, have never had such a variety for breakfast options and all was just delicious!

Set in a 1908 Gothic-style stone building in central Trondheim, Thon Hotel Nidaros is just 150 metres from Nordre gate shopping street. It offers free WiFi and rooms with flat-screen TV. Rarely on our travels we met a breakfast you could eat a whole week of. Literally everything you could wish for was there. Several kinds of egg, all of excellent level, accompanied by the best bacon/sausage. Huge variety of meat/cheese/fish. Hot and cold vegetables. Glutenfree options. Fruit in many ways (sliced, smoothie, juice). There were even lemon and ginger shots. It's all a lot, but it was still sorted out very delicate. The room itself had a fantastic shower and a beautiful view towards the train station with the fjord behind it. The staff was very friendly.
