Additionally, all support staff not directly related to customer care acknowledged me with a smile and a greeting. I tried to extend my stay there but unfortunately there were no vacancies.

We stayed during Ramadan, room service of sehur was good. Special thanks to the staff at reception ( especially the one at our checkout time). No doubt beautiful view :) No doubt the best in Rabat. Would rate it better than Sofitel and Marriott.

That was the best accommodation that I ever stayed in my life. The staff members were incredible and went beyond to give us an excellent experience The common areas are super beautiful. We had our Christmas dinner there, and we felt like we were in a castle. Food is very delicious! Specially the chicken pastilla. Massage was one of the highlights of the experience. Taxi to the city center is super cheap. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much for making our Christmas day so cozy!
