The owners are very kind and helpful, they gave us all the useful information and recommendations. The room itself was clean and big, the beds super comfortable. There is a fridge available so you can put your food there. Highly recommended!

Cocoon Hotel La Rive er umkringt skógum og er staðsett við bakka árinnar Sauer, rétt við Bourscheid-kastalann. What a lovely hotel. The location is beautiful, right on the river below Bourscheid castle. The staff we very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in room 132, it doesn't look directly out onto the river but you can see the castle from your window which was nice. It is next to the day spa but we were not disturbed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was nice but the shower is a little small. The bathroom provides nice smelling shower wash and basic toiletries. We dined in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Compliments to the chef. They provide a good selection of fresh hot & cold food for breakfast. There is a small gym and saunas in the spa area and a giant chest board outside. There is an outside terrace and comfortable seating by the river. I wish we had stayed longer. It is such a relaxing environment and you can really enjoy nature. Free parking. You can walk up to the castle if you are fit otherwise just jump in your car. A must stay

Very comfortable bed. The facilities and staff were exceptional! Great little bay down in the cellar for a nightcap was a great touch. The breakfast was, in a word, outstanding. We would stay here again without question.
