The room was ready early and I was able to check in ahead of schedule. The room was clean and they provided a large bottle of drinking water. A bathrobe and slippers were available for use. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. The hotel is located right in the middle of old town. You can easily walk to see the Caspian sea, go shopping, or find places to eat.

The staff is just lovely, was always friendly and made an effort to help us. Definitely the best hotel staff we met in Kazakhstan. The location is great, not far from good restaurants and places to see. There is also a nice cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast.
