All the rooms had a really nice view, and the pool on the top of the building was amazing! They make excelent cocktails. Next to the pool there is a steam room, oh so realxing after a swim. Staff are really professional and were really nice to us. Breakfast was also delicious.

We were greeted with welcome drinks when we first arrived. Every time we came back from tours, we were offered warm towels which were very refreshing. Even the staff at the restaurant were very helpful. The location is very convenient—only a few minutes from Pub Street. The room was clean and we especially loved the relaxing scent. We enjoyed the food from the restaurant.

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. The hotel is being managed with care and love for nature and environment and the staff are wecoming and attentive. They even remembered my name! I truly thank Koe, Lilly, Tiri and Vi and the rest of their colleagues, who have taken great care of me! The room was well lit and clean, the bed was super comfortable, the socket is near bed. I had everything I needed throughout my stay. You also get two bottles of water which you can refill for free from the water containers at the reception desk. There is an afternoon tea time and the swimming pool area is exquisite. I also ate dinner and lunch there and the food was great for reasonable prices. Breakfasts are served and you can choose whatever you wish. The hotel is located at the Night Market Street but since it was March, it was very calm and peaceful there. I also used the airport transfer and had very attentive drivers. I had a very nice time and will come back if I am ever back in Siem Reap. Akhun!

The building has been around since 1960, and it does live up to its name. I got a family room, but I wasn’t expecting my family room to be two separate rooms with a shared bathtub, shower and toilet! It was huge! The breakfast was plenty.
